Bala brings experience in handling businesses and successful exits in the infrastructure sector. He had earlier worked in renewable energy, finance, software development sectors. He worked as the Chief Marketing Manager for Mission Biofuels and handled multilingual farmers across seven states in India. He holds Management Degree specialized in Agribusiness Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor of Technology from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal.

Executive Director
Ravikiran has extensive experience in Management Consulting spanning more than 17 years across Food & Agribusiness, IT, and Regulatory Compliance. He led several e-governance consulting projects for GOI (Ministry of Agriculture, FSSAI, etc.) and multiple state governments. He was part of the core team that set up a consulting firm for food businesses. He worked as an SME on Food business Regulatory compliance at Ernst and Young. He is a Post-graduate in Agricultural Economics and PGP-Agri Business Management from IIM, Ahmedabad.

Harikrishna has extensive experience in P & L Management, Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Channel Management & Operations across multiple sectors. His last 9 years of experience have been as a Co-Founder of start-ups in the Ed-Tech & HR-Tech space. He holds PGDM in Business Administration and Management from IIM, Ahmedabad, and B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Calicut

Basanta has wide experience in manufacturing and served many reputed organizations like L&T, Tractors India Limited, McNally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd, and Bengal Tools Limited. Expertise in commissioning, troubleshooting, service, machine tools, and Maintenance of various earth moving, material handling equipment, and specialized mechanical machineries used in port, core infrastructure project, coal handling package, power plant, Steel Plant, Cement plant, and defence sectors. Basanta is a B.E Production/Mechanical Engineering graduate from Jadavpur University, Kolkata.
