Roles and Responsbility

  • Objective / Purpose: Maintain a good relationship with Farmers and gain their trust to have converted them to Farmer Franchise.

  • Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details

  • Calling active and budding clients to encourage the establishment of mini food processing units

  • Addressing farmers' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time

  • Noting important details of each conversation

  • Maintain call logs and reporting details regarding calls

  • Obtain customer information such as name, mobile number, address, crops grown in their respective villages

  • Verifying farmer’s documents & sending official approvals

  • Monitoring Facebook, WhatsApp and other social networking site and forwarding them to the team.

  • Should be able to represent the concept in different ways by passing right info so that farmer gets convinced to become our franchise

  • Continuous follow up with existing franchises regarding production and resolving their problems if any

  • Should be a self–starter.

Competencies and Skills 

  • Must possess strong customer service skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Must have good negotiation skills

  • Should be able to use MS office including Word & Excel

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills

  • Must be detail oriented and an active listener

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Must be a Self-Starter & should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
