Roles and Responsbility
Objective / Purpose: Maintain a good relationship with Farmers and gain their trust to have converted them to Farmer Franchise.
Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details
Calling active and budding clients to encourage the establishment of mini food processing units
Addressing farmers' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time
Noting important details of each conversation
Maintain call logs and reporting details regarding calls
Obtain customer information such as name, mobile number, address, crops grown in their respective villages
Verifying farmer’s documents & sending official approvals
Monitoring Facebook, WhatsApp and other social networking site and forwarding them to the team.
Should be able to represent the concept in different ways by passing right info so that farmer gets convinced to become our franchise
Continuous follow up with existing franchises regarding production and resolving their problems if any
Should be a self–starter.

Must possess strong customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Must have good negotiation skills
Should be able to use MS office including Word & Excel
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Must be detail oriented and an active listener
Ability to work under pressure
Must be a Self-Starter & should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
