Business Development Executive
3-5 years relevant experience in Agri Business Related Areas.
Preferably BSC Agriculture or Related Discipline
Roles and Responsbility
Objective / Purpose : Recruit suitable farmers / appoint farmer franchisees in given geographical location, issue bank loans, set up processing facilities & start producing processed food
Achieve Organizational Targets on Farmer Franchisee Network Expansion including appointing New Farmer Franchisees, disbursing Loans & Setting up of Processing Facilities
Manage a team of 10-15 BDA’s & BDI’s: Monitor, motivate &report on their day to day functions to senior management
Build contacts with potential Farmer Entrepreneurs, Famer producing organizations, NGO’s &Government Organizations to create new businessopportunities
Goal setting andexecution for his territory, incl his team goals
Collect & maintain an updated prospective client database, incl hot / cold prospects
Engage with the concerned Government employee/agencies
Ensure his team is update with knowledge of all product and service offerings of thecompany
Competencies and Skills
Must Possess proven Leadership Skills& Team management from the past experience.
Must have a good knowledge of Indian Agriculture.
Excellent written and verbalcommunication
Must have good negotiationskills
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel & PPT.
Must have excellent interpersonalskills
Must be detail oriented and an activelistener
Ability to work underpressure
Must be a Self-Starter & should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
18-22 Thousand per month/further negotiable as per the candidate Experience
