Roles and Responsbility

  • Objective / Purpose : Meet & convince farmers / farmer franchisees in given geographical location, supervise setting up of processing facilities & starting of production of processed food

  • Achieve given Targets on Farmer Franchisee Network Expansion including appointing New Farmer Franchisees, Collecting documents for Loans & Supervising setting up of Processing Facilities

  • Manage a team of 5-7 BDI’s: Monitor, motivate & report on their day to day functions to senior management

  • Build contacts with potential Farmer Entrepreneurs, Famer producing organization, NGO, Government Organization to create new business opportunities

  • Have to work with District team which includes Business Development Incharges.

  • Communicate with farmers on daily basis.

  • Goal setting, Execution & Monitoring for the District Team.

  • Keep prospective client database updated

  • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company

  • Engage with the concerned Government employee/agencies.

  • Responsible for achieving Franchise expansion.

  • Ensure proper reporting as per policy

Competencies and Skills 

  • Must possess strong customer service skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Must have good negotiation skills

  • Must be able to work on MS Office including Word, Excel and PPT.

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills

  • Must be detail oriented and an active listener

  • Must be a Self-Starter & should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Should be open to travel extensively
